200 VARIABLE UNIT
Specifically designed for those users who are likely to spray a varying range of materials without the need for high throughputs. Ideally suited to the general engineering workshop. Will spray all materials continuously at up to 200A.

For those users who have a specific or limited material range. Best suited to lower throughput automated plant e.g. Capacitor Spraying or manual applications with a requirement for few materials e.g. Tooling. Capable of spraying any materials continuousiy at up to 250A.

ARCSPRAY 700


The METALLISATION ARCSPRAY 700 system is the latest evolution in Metallisation's successful range of Arcspray Equipment. It has been developed as a high throughput, flexible, lightweight hand held pistol, with added ease of operation and maintenance. Designed to accept anti-corrosive thermal spray wires it is the perfect choice for manual Arcspray applications requiring high rates of production.

PORTABLE WIRE DISPENSER
For dispensing materials wound on plastic spools. Will accept 300mm ID spools or M.I.G. type reels. This dispenser may be integrated with the above ENERGIZERS or can easily be used as a separate unit. The wire retention system enables quick change of the spraying wires whilst the fully adjustabie braking system prevents wire over-run. A carrying handle is provided, which permits the unit to be easiiy moved.




ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER
This device which is used only in conjunction with the Arcspray 528 electrically driven metalspray pistol, is designed to give supreme accuracy of wire feed rates. As an option this CONTROLLER can be integrated with any of the above ENERGIZERS. It is particulary useful when any metalspraying system is to be incorporated into an automatic machine. The CONTROLLER gives a direct read-out of wire feed rates and like the ENERGIZER SERIES include a self-diagnostic function to aid fault finding. The controller can also be interfaced to an external 0-10V d.c. supply to give automatic adjustment of throughput rate.
